Transcripts
The official transcript is the College鈥檚 statement of a student鈥檚 academic record issued by the Office of the Registrar. It lists all courses completed and grades earned in chronological order by term. Transcripts also contain notations of distinctions, transfer coursework summary, academic status, administrative actions, and degrees received.

Official transcript services are provided by , and are available to all students who have met their financial obligations to the College.

Noncurrent students and those who would like their transcripts sent by mail or digitally directly to them must order their transcripts through Parchment.

Illinois Student Debt Assistance Act
In accordance with the amended Student Debt Assistance Act (Illinois Public Act 103-0054, Sec. 15), institutions of higher education are required to 鈥渁dopt a policy that outlines the process by which a current or former student may obtain a transcript or diploma that has been withheld from the student because the student owes a debt鈥� ().
